Multivitamins

Not all multivitamins are the same. Many use binders and fillers and inferior ingredients. These make the nutrients less absorbable. Most dietary supplements use “oxide” forms of minerals and very low amounts of B-complex vitamins. The best multivitamin deliver all its minerals as “amino acid chelated” forms. They’ll also provide at least 50 mg of each of the different B-complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6), contain powerful antioxidants and extra vitamin D.

Supreme Multivitamin (without iron) is the only dietary supplements on the market that give you:
  • All amino-acid chelated forms of minerals
  • High doses of all the B-complex vitamins
  • Extra vitamin D (1000 units)
  • Extra vitamin C (1000 mg)
  • Powerful plant antioxidants (Turmeric, grape seed extract, citrus bioflavonoids)
  • CoQ10 for cardiovascular health
Menstruating women need extra iron. The amount of iron needed cannot be obtained from a multivitamin alone, which is why we recommend menstruating women take Supreme Multivitamin and FerroSolve together. Up to 20% of menstruating women have iron-deficiency anemia. This can cause symptoms of fatigue, depression, difficulty concentrating and poor memory. But most iron on the market is in a form that causes constipation and stomach upset. FerroSolve contains 45 mg of an amino acid chelated form of iron that is gentle on the stomach and non-constipating.

A multivitamin for men doesn’t need to contain iron, unless your healthcare provider has diagnosed you with iron deficiency. But if you are a woman who isn’t menstruating, you also don’t need extra iron, and will benefit from Supreme Multivitamin (without iron).
